What you'll do

• Contribute to technical enablement strategy and roadmap
• design and improve onboarding, role-based learning paths, and technical training
• establish learning objectives and readiness measures
• identify knowledge gaps and measure program impact
• lead creation and maintenance of technical content
• translate networking, security, cloud, and SASE concepts into practical guidance
• coordinate cross-functional enablement initiatives
• mentor colleagues and subject matter experts
• manage enablement platforms and content operations.
