What you'll do

• Coordinate service desk resources and dispatch support requests
• monitor incoming calls, email, and ticketing systems
• create accurate tickets and monitor technician schedules and assignments
• review open tickets and coordinate escalations or reassignments
• follow requests through resolution
• communicate with clients and internal teams
• verify completed-ticket documentation
• monitor service metrics and queues
• support scheduling, reporting, huddles, and follow-up.
