What you'll do

• Schedule or redirect incoming calls and respond to service and scheduling emails
• debrief service calls with technicians and follow up with customers
• confirm appointments, collect open invoices, and maintain account accuracy
• update lead sites and databases
• monitor technician schedules and fill gaps
• maintain membership-program scheduling and customer records
• coordinate estimates, parts, and return visits
• support the service manager and office team.
