Bilingual Support Analyst — Data Center Manufacturing Engagement

Job overview

The Support Analyst role is primarily remote, with required onsite travel to Mexicali and Monterrey, Mexico, for a project-based engagement. Pay is $50 per hour. The analyst supports a two-site leadership optimization engagement for a client in the data center manufacturing industry. The role provides coordination and documentation support behind the scenes so the Lead Facilitator and Coach can focus on facilitation, coaching, delivery, and client outcomes. It helps keep interviews, workshops, coaching logistics, and follow-up documentation organized across both sites.

What you'll do

• Coordinate interview schedules and logistics
• capture interview notes and prepare write-ups
• code themes
• organize findings and prepare materials
• support workshop preparation and onsite sessions
• document roadmaps, decisions, and action items
• coordinate cohort and coaching schedules
• maintain trackers and engagement records
• travel to both Mexico sites for the combined six-day trip.
