- Build and lead the Product Operations function

- build dashboards and partner with Data Science on product KPIs
- identify delivery bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
- improve cross-functional execution and launch planning
- establish feedback systems from field operations, customers, and support teams
- develop planning frameworks and build a Product Operations team over time.
