Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Industrial Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Madison, WI. Compensation is $60,000–$70,000 per year. The technician supports maintenance and repair of industrial print-finishing equipment, including equipment used for die cutting, foil stamping, folding, gluing, laminating, coating, and automated assembly. The role exists to keep production equipment reliable through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and adjustments. By addressing breakdowns and supporting installations, the technician helps maintain equipment performance and production continuity.

What you'll do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial print-finishing equipment
• perform preventive maintenance, mechanical repairs, equipment adjustments, and lubrication
• conduct basic electrical troubleshooting
• and support minor welding, fabrication, and equipment installation.

Why this role

Requires at least one year of industrial maintenance or machine repair experience and mechanical or electrical troubleshooting experience. Experience with printing, print finishing, packaging, converting, or flexographic equipment is preferred; PLC or programming experience is a plus.
