Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time Nights

Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) for individualized resident care. Collaborates with residents, families, and colleagues. Coordinates care, performs resident assessments, and provides education. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks.
