What you'll do

• Manage leasing from tours through move-in, including lease documents and unit inspections
• present community features
• support renewals
• use marketing and social media strategies to increase traffic
• follow up with prospective and current residents
• maintain community and competitor knowledge
• respond to resident concerns
• prepare lease documents, files, applications, and bookkeeping
• help organize resident events.
