Maintenance Worker – Nights and Weekends

The Maintenance Worker – Nights and Weekends role is onsite in Ridgefield, CT. Compensation is $19–$23 per hour. Ridgefield Academy’s maintenance team supports campus operations, grounds, rentals, and program spaces.

What you'll do

• Perform general and semi-skilled maintenance, including carpentry, painting, and electrical tasks
• maintain grounds and clear high-traffic areas
• set up and break down events
• assist with weather-related cleanup
• transport deliveries and supplies
• build and repair furniture
• respond to immediate safety concerns
• and assist renters and visitors as needed. The schedule is Wednesday through Friday, 6:30–9:30 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
