What you'll do

• Provide Tier I and Tier II support for hardware, operating systems, applications, networking, peripherals, and access
• diagnose desktop, laptop, mobile, printer, and conference-room issues
• document and manage support tickets
• configure and deploy Windows equipment
• support Microsoft 365 and SaaS applications
• assist with account provisioning and access changes
• support laboratory systems and coordinate with vendors
• follow documentation and change-management procedures
• assist with IT asset management, user guides, and process improvements
• support endpoint security and data-protection practices.
