The Lead Teacher role is onsite in Clifton Park, NY, paying $18.50–$19.50 per hour. The teacher leads a classroom, implements the L.E.A.P. Curriculum, and creates a safe, engaging environment that supports children’s development. The role also communicates with families and collaborates with center staff to support learning, engagement, and center goals.

What you'll do

• Plan and prepare a welcoming classroom
• implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum for infants, toddlers, and/or preschool children
• prioritize children’s safety and daily care
• update parents on progress and milestones
• collaborate with center staff and leadership
• support children’s developmentally appropriate activities and routines.
