Material Handler

Job overview

The Material Handler role is onsite in Northbrook, IL, with a Monday-through-Friday schedule and overtime available based on business needs. Compensation is $18.50–$20.50 per hour. The handler supports warehouse and production operations by moving, receiving, organizing, and supplying materials. Accurate shipment checks, inventory support, and safe equipment operation help keep production supplied and facility operations orderly.

What you'll do

• Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility
• supply production departments
• load and unload shipments
• operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment
• assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory organization
• verify shipments and report discrepancies or damage
• maintain clean and safe areas
• support inventory counts
• follow safety procedures.
