Field Investigator

Job overview

The Field Investigator role is onsite in Manchester, NH, and surrounding areas, with daily travel within the assigned territory and travel throughout the home and surrounding states. Compensation is $20–$25 per hour, paid door to door. Advantage Investigations conducts insurance defense investigations to help clients assess claims and investigate potential insurance fraud. The investigator conducts surveillance and claims investigations, records observations, and prepares reports and video evidence for the operations team. The work supports clients by documenting claimants' activities and providing clear investigative findings.

What you'll do

• Conduct covert, stationary, and mobile surveillance
• travel throughout the home state and surrounding states
• record subject activity on video
• conduct alive-and-well checks, locates, basic scene investigations, paint sample analysis, and EDR and RCS deployments or retrievals
• prepare written reports
• upload video evidence and surveillance reports. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable surveillance vehicle, and private investigator licenses as required by state.
