Assistant Property Manager

What you'll do

• Interface with residents, applicants, community members, neighbors, and vendors
• provide customer service and address resident complaints
• market housing and respond to questions
• prepare lease-related notices and paperwork
• scan and index resident records
• prepare maintenance work orders and follow up
• prepare correspondence and operational data
• maintain compliance with housing laws and regulations
• protect confidential records.
