Customer Service Professional

The Customer Service Professional role is onsite in Bigfork, MN, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and occasional Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Pay is $20.66 per hour. Arvig provides broadband, television, phone, and security services to residential and business customers. As a first point of contact, this role helps customers resolve issues and understand products and self-service options. The representative handles calls, chats, emails, and in-person interactions, processes transactions and service orders, and coordinates with other teams to support reliable customer service.
