Under general supervision, assesses and monitors nutritional care, manages physician ordered therapeutic diets and provides nutritional education to patients. May coordinate patient menu activities. Duties and Responsibilities. Performs nutritional assessments and follow up care involving review of patient charts, diagnoses, and nutritional history.
