Medical Support Specialist

What you'll do

• Welcome and direct patients
• collect and document health information and vital signs
• support patient education and care-team communication
• prepare exam rooms
• collect and prepare specimens
• perform EKGs, accu-checks, and other diagnostic procedures according to guidelines
• assist with patient flow, scheduling, registration, eligibility checks, payments, and records
• maintain confidentiality and clean equipment and rooms.
