**_Role Overview:_**. We are looking for a Director, Monetization to lead the strategies designed to convert prospects, free users, and lapsed customers to McAfee's products. This role is responsible for developing and launching strategies around winback tactics, free-to-paid conversion levers, converting mid-funnel traffic, and landing page optimization across the business. This is a hybrid role
