IT Support Technician

Job overview

The IT Support Technician role is onsite in Bozeman, MT, with travel between clinics in Bozeman, Belgrade, and Livingston and other sites as needed. Compensation is $22.88–$24.41 per hour. One Health is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center serving rural communities across Montana and Wyoming. The technician keeps staff technology available so they can deliver patient care. Troubleshooting, setup, user support, inventory, and system monitoring help maintain reliable and secure technology across the organization’s sites.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• install and set up workstations, hardware, software, and user accounts
• train employees and provide on-demand support
• maintain inventories of equipment, software, and technology resources
• monitor system performance, security, and accessibility
• recommend technology improvements and solutions.
