What you'll do

• Process and document PAC and corporate contribution checks
• maintain records, approvals, and standard operating procedures
• coordinate check issuance with Disbursements in Cork, Ireland
• manage Positive Pay exceptions and uploads
• support contribution reporting, membership and payroll coordination, vendor contracts, and PAC campaign resources. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required
• notary certification is preferred.
