Description
Preform duties in vacation rentals homes and condos. Areas of plumbing, electrical, AC trouble shooting, wall repair and standard basic maintenance that is performed in homes. Maintenance tech would perform repairs upon guest request and also vacant home repairs. Good communication and ability to navigate problems and find solutions.
