Outreach and experimentation support customer growth, retention, and lifetime value while maintaining a compassionate customer experience.

What you'll do

• Contact prospects and customers through outbound calls, emails, and engagement campaigns
• help parents complete account setup and subscription steps
• support renewal recovery and continued platform use
• document interactions and account updates
• meet activity, conversion, renewal, quality, and customer experience goals
• share customer insights
• help test scripts, email sequences, and outreach workflows
• collaborate with Support, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
