What you'll do

• Handle employment litigation involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage-and-hour disputes
• draft and respond to discovery
• prepare pleadings and motions
• take and defend depositions
• assist with trial preparation and representation
• advise management-side clients
• engage with clients, government agencies, and opposing counsel.
