What you'll do

• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to clinical staff
• serve as a clinical resource
• review referrals and assist with service and staffing decisions
• coordinate care
• monitor documentation and compliance
• support chart review, quality assurance, and OASIS education
• lead clinical meetings
• support staff training and orientation
• monitor staffing and workloads
• participate in quality improvement
• coordinate RN coverage and provide clinical/on-call backup as needed
• collaborate with providers, patients, and families.
