What you'll do

• Process resident service requests
• troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, concrete, masonry, and landscaping items
• perform preventive maintenance
• complete apartment turnovers including cleaning, painting, carpet shampooing, and repairs
• maintain buildings, common areas, and grounds
• identify maintenance problems and hazards
• operate site maintenance equipment
• perform snow removal as required
• maintain pool operations and logs if the community has a pool.

Why this role
