The Special Education Teacher – Lifeskills role is onsite in Wylie, TX, and nearby campuses, with client hours Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Pay is $48 or more per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. What you'll do

• Teach core curriculum and special education areas
• adapt materials and equipment to student needs
• participate in evaluating needs and developing and implementing IEPs
• maintain student records and due-process compliance
• assess performance and report progress toward goals
• communicate with parents and participate in conferences
• manage classroom conduct and take appropriate disciplinary action when needed.
