The Food Service Utility (On-Call) role is onsite at Kingsley Area Schools in Kingsley, MI. Pay is $15.50–$17.00 per hour. Chartwells K12 provides school dining programs focused on serving food students enjoy and supporting their health. The utility worker maintains clean, orderly kitchen work areas and equipment while helping move supplies and prepare service areas. These tasks support safe, sanitary food service operations at the school.

What you'll do

• Sweep and mop floors
• wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and food preparation surfaces
• remove trash and clean garbage cans
• transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
• assist with banquet table and front-of-house setup
• load, unload, and deliver supplies
• distribute utensils and portable equipment
• follow sanitation and safety requirements.

Why this role
