People Systems Analyst

What you'll do

• Support team members, leaders, and People Operations teams using Workday, Greenhouse, Tenstreet, and Workday Peakon
• administer and maintain people systems
• resolve data discrepancies and conduct audits
• troubleshoot, create accounts, and resolve issues
• respond to ticket requests and provide system-use education
• maintain procedural manuals, SOPs, and system documentation
• collaborate on user experience improvements.
