Straight and Narrow provides residential and outpatient services for people experiencing substance use and co-occurring disorders. The role exists to supervise and support residents in structured treatment and halfway-house settings. It contributes to a safe, therapeutic environment by monitoring residents, supporting daily routines and recovery, documenting care, and coordinating with clinical, medical, and administrative staff.

What you'll do

• Supervise and support clients
• conduct and document rounds at least every 30 minutes
• monitor and document behavior in the electronic health record
• support facility safety and cleanliness
• escort or transport clients as assigned
• document movements and incidents
• assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation
• follow program policies and Medicaid documentation requirements.
