What you'll do

  • Conduct legal research
  • draft sections of briefs and other filings
  • contribute to appellate cases and strategy discussions
  • analyze factual records and cases
  • participate in client meetings and moot oral arguments as opportunities arise. Other office assignments described include drafting memoranda and discovery, community outreach, and court hearings.
