What you'll do

• Screen and evaluate prospective clients before admission
• provide referrals when indicated
• orient newly admitted clients to the program
• conduct psychosocial assessments and prepare integrated summaries
• facilitate group, individual, and family sessions
• document client progress and participation
• provide care professionally while respecting client dignity and rights.
