Construction Project Manager is an onsite role in Princeton, IN, paying $50–$55 per hour. Reliance One is recruiting for a contract opportunity leading capital construction projects. The role manages ground-up and renovation projects from feasibility and design through construction and closeout, coordinating budgets, schedules, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to keep work aligned with cost, schedule, safety, and quality requirements.

What you'll do

• Lead ground-up and renovation capital projects
• coordinate feasibility, design reviews, bidding, procurement, and closeout
• maintain schedules in Microsoft Project and budgets and forecasts in Procore
• prepare project updates
• manage scopes, contractor performance, changes, and payment applications
• coordinate jobsite meetings and internal teams
• oversee quality-control and safety programs.
