This individual contributor supports laboratory-instrument design, testing, and reliability improvement. Through hands-on testing, data analysis, design iteration, and risk-reduction work, the engineer helps resolve performance issues and improve system reliability in a regulated product-development environment.

What you'll do

• Conduct integration, verification, thermal, fluidic, and reliability testing, including setup, instrumentation, troubleshooting, and data collection. Analyze results using tools such as Excel and Minitab
• communicate findings and recommendations
• incorporate test results into SolidWorks CAD models and drawings
• support failure-mechanism identification and risk mitigation
• maintain design and test documentation
• and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
