What you'll do

• Deliver meal trays to patients’ rooms and ensure residents have what they need
• work with the nutritionist on required nutritional measures
• clear dining areas and collect dishes
• discard leftovers and remove garbage
• assist on the tray line
• clean food stations and wash dishes, cooking vessels, and silverware
• stock ingredients and monitor inventory
• assist with expense tracking and menu planning
• help maintain kitchen equipment and appliances.
