What you'll do

• Review contracts and document invoicing procedures
• set up jobs and job codes
• ensure supporting documentation is uploaded
• invoice according to contract agreements
• document project change orders
• assist with month-end processes
• provide reporting and job-status analysis to project managers
• close completed projects
• audit projects as requested
• analyze weekly CIE/BIE reports
• and manage customer aging reports and past-due invoice follow-up.
