What you'll do

• Assist students with academic instruction one-on-one and in small groups
• support classroom activities, learning objectives, and IEPs
• encourage positive behavior and social-emotional skills
• monitor, redirect, and reinforce appropriate behavior
• assist with daily living skills and personal care when required
• collaborate with teachers and support staff
• help students build confidence and independence.
