What you'll do

  • Manage the prospect journey and pipeline integrity
  • collect and enter prospect information, notes, meetings, tasks, and service agreements in Salesforce
  • create and update proposals and presentation materials
  • provide calendar and scheduling support
  • develop reports, dashboards, and ad hoc sales analysis
  • coordinate performance and activity reporting
  • research prospects
  • collaborate across the business development team and with other departments
  • attend sales team meetings.
