What you'll do

• Install hydraulic systems on heavy-duty trucks
• troubleshoot hydraulic systems on trucks and mobile equipment
• make occasional service calls for troubleshooting or testing
• occasionally disassemble, repair, reassemble, and test hydraulic components
• assemble hydraulic power units from drawings and schematics
• may perform fabrication, welding, and related shop work
• track parts and materials
• ensure quality and maintain a safe, clean work area.
