What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate service technicians and support staff

• communicate job status and parts availability to customers
• schedule service work and resources
• monitor workflow, quality, warranty documentation, labor, and invoicing
• coach and train direct reports
• manage expenses and support accurate time and work-order capture.
