What you'll do

• Lead field crews on boundary, topographic, ALTA, right-of-way, and construction-staking surveys
• locate boundaries, pins, improvements, and utilities
• check and reduce field data, perform calculations, and download and file survey data
• operate robotic total stations, data collectors, and GPS equipment
• communicate with project managers, engineers, and clients
• follow safety protocols.

Why this role

Must travel around Tampa and surrounding areas and be willing to work a 5/2 schedule, home five nights a week. Requires high school diploma or GED, 2+ years as a Survey Party Chief, survey-equipment proficiency, and a clean driving record. Part 107 license and Carlson AutoCAD familiarity are preferred but not required.
