Associate Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

The Associate Director, Financial Planning & Analysis role is onsite in Cambridge, MA, with a base salary range of $175,000–$200,000 per year. Parabilis Medicines is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing medicines for serious diseases. The role partners with leaders across the organization to support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. It develops models and scenario analyses, strengthens FP&A systems and processes, and provides financial insight to guide decisions and resource allocation, including for Research and Clinical Development.

What you'll do

• Partner with functional leaders to provide financial insight for decisions and resource allocation
• participate in annual budget, long-range planning, and forecast cycles
• support consolidated financial roll-ups and management reporting
• improve FP&A systems, tools, and models with Accounting, IT, and other teams
• standardize FP&A processes, calendars, and controls
• track budget risks and opportunities and update forecasts
• build financial models and scenario analyses for strategic planning, portfolio prioritization, and business development
• deliver monthly and quarterly analysis and commentary
• support cross-functional initiatives and ad hoc analyses.
