What you'll do

• Oversee assigned client account production and performance
• drive accounts receivable plans and escalate potential gaps
• train and mentor accounts receivable representatives
• prepare and analyze client reports
• identify denial trends and recommend recovery plans
• work accounts and support billing-policy and claims questions
• maintain knowledge of client statements of work
• and monitor account activity and client satisfaction.
