What you'll do

• Manage daily clinical team operations

• help build and adjust schedules
• partner with the Hospital Manager on nursing payroll budgets
• interview and onboard team members
• address patient-care concerns and conflicts
• implement nursing guidelines and policies
• coordinate supplies and equipment
• collaborate with the Medical Director
• support training, development plans, and team meetings.
