The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is an onsite role based in Bay City, MI. The starting wage is $17.13/hour, and this position supports the Harbor House facility within Hope Network. This role supports the individual goals of the person served and helps them become integrated into their community in the least restrictive manner. The DSP assists in areas of mobility, activities of daily living, communication, cognition, health management, social networking, vocational, leisure time management, and community participation.

What you'll do

• Monitor and ensure safety 24/7
• Support crisis prevention, intervention, and resolution
• Establish collaborative relationships
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Monitor vitals and attend medical appointments.
