Senior Program Manager

The role aligns cross-functional teams, manages customer expectations and program risks, and drives operational and financial performance to meet customer and business objectives.

What you'll do

• Manage strategic customer relationships and complex programs throughout the product lifecycle
• lead Customer Focus Teams and executive customer communications, including Quarterly Business Reviews
• coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Sales
• evaluate revenue, margins, inventory exposure, liabilities, and costs
• lead new product introductions, manufacturing readiness, engineering changes, and product transitions
• identify risks and mitigation actions
• support customer growth and continuous improvement
• mentor Program Managers
• ensure compliance with contracts, customer requirements, company policies, and quality standards.
