What you'll do

• Support senior attorneys in managing complex civil defense matters
• draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
• assist with deposition preparation, hearings, and motion practice
• conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy
• participate in case management and resolution
• communicate with clients, carriers, experts, and opposing counsel.
