What you'll do

• Prepare and serve meals and snacks
• oversee kitchen operations and residents’ dietary needs
• train residents in kitchen operations
• purchase supplies as directed
• maintain supply inventory reports
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• observe employees and residents for policy compliance
• provide support staff coverage as needed.
