The Counter Sales Representative, Electrical Products role is an onsite, full-time position in Moonachie, New Jersey. Compensation is $17–$24 per hour, depending on direct industry and product experience. Power-Flo Technologies serves OEM, industrial, commercial, and MRO markets with electrical, industrial, mechanical, and automation products and solutions. The representative supports customers purchasing electrical products by presenting and selling products, handling inquiries and orders, and maintaining product knowledge. The role also supports order fulfillment, returns, special orders, and an orderly counter and display area.

What you'll do

• Present and sell company products and services
• prospect and contact potential customers
• work toward sales targets
• resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• set follow-up appointments
• prepare sales materials
• maintain product knowledge and suggest alternatives
• pick and fill orders when appropriate
• check outgoing orders and documentation
• purchase special-order material and expedite open orders
• process returns
• maintain the counter and display area
• assist the warehouse as needed.
