Trainer Sales Associate

The Trainer Sales Associate role is onsite in Latham, NY. Pay is $16.50–$18 per hour. The position supports the HOTWORX studio by combining member service, sales, fitness education, marketing, and daily operations. The associate helps attract and retain members by explaining workouts and products, following up with prospects, and building member relationships. The role also supports studio outreach and operations to maintain a welcoming environment and meet membership and retail goals.

What you'll do

• Welcome members and guests
• explain workouts, apps, equipment, and products
• generate leads through referrals, partnerships, social media, and promotions
• conduct membership consultations and follow up with prospects
• support retention, marketing, community outreach, recordkeeping, opening and closing, cleaning, and studio tasks.
