The role also leads and develops team members and reports operational or maintenance issues to the Car Wash Manager.

What you'll do

• Greet customers and process sales transactions
• inspect vehicles before washing
• direct customers or guide vehicles onto the automatic wash track
• clean vehicle rears with brush and soap
• activate and monitor wash equipment
• report malfunctions
• maintain property and grounds, including vacuums, hoses, trash, and lot cleanliness
• complete shift reports, checklists, and cleaning procedures
• maintain a safe environment
• lead, train, motivate, and develop team members.
